The room was large and comfortable. I had a fridge and large balcony. Food was varied and plentiful. It was also well cooked. The pool was large with many sun beds.

wonderful stay!
clean room good room friendly staff great food
i appreciated the very clean room. the room size was good. the staff were really friendly. lunch and dinner were VERY good. it all made for a happy vacation.
The drinks system was strict. It made it hard to get refreshments at times.

The hotel IS ideally located for visiting the Benidorm Palace. the views extend across the locale to the hills. the hotel's temperature was good throughout my stay. This added to the comfort.

the staff provided genuinely friendly service. i found assistance readily available. the check-in was quick and efficient. i appreciated the staff's readiness to address questions about local attractions and transportation options.

The lunch buffet had A LOT of choices. the breakfast buffet catered to everyone's taste. i really appreciated that fresh fruit was always available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was wonderful.

card system rude staff
breakfast offered many choices. the location was great since it was right across from the benidorm palace.
the card system for drinks was a bit of a joke. it made getting a drink a chore. it was like they didn't trust us or something. the bar staff seemed to prefer the spanish speakers. i waited over 15 minutes while they chatted with their friends.

large balcony varied food
I appreciated the large rooms. It had a fridge and large balcony. The food offered variety and was well cooked. pool was big. There were many sun beds.

card system drink menu
The outdoor pool was lovely and i found plenty of parasols available. The staff were very attentive and helpful, a definite plus.
I was really let down by the bar system which i found very inconvenient. The card system created long waits for drinks. I also didn't like that there were no menus to see which drinks were available and only one cocktail was offered each day.

the location was decent for accessing the benidorm palace (across the road).
The food quality really disappointed me. It seemed like the chefs weren't up to par.
